Refund policy

This policy applies to purchases from Miksa Pataki trading as Printonary and is in addition to your statutory rights.

Standard products and change-of-mind cancellations

You may cancel a contract for a standard product from the time the contract is formed until 14 days after the day on which you, or a person you nominate, receives the product. If goods from one order are delivered separately, the cancellation period ends 14 days after the day on which the last item is received.

To cancel, email contact@printonary.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You may use the model cancellation form at the end of this policy, but you do not have to.

After telling us that you wish to cancel, you must return the product within 14 days. You may inspect the product as you would in a shop, but you are responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and function.

For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for the return postage and for packaging the product securely. We recommend using a tracked service because the product remains your responsibility until it reaches us.

Custom and personalised products

The change-of-mind cancellation right does not apply to products made to your specifications or clearly personalised. A standard product is not excluded from cancellation rights merely because it was produced after you placed the order.

Custom and personalised products remain covered if they are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect products

If your order arrives damaged, is faulty, is incorrect or is not as described, contact contact@printonary.com with your order number and details of the issue. Photographs may help us resolve the issue quickly.

Printonary will cover reasonable return costs where a return is required for a faulty, damaged or incorrect product.

Depending on the circumstances, your legal remedies may include a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable consumer law.

Refunds

Eligible refunds will be made to the original payment method. For an eligible cancellation, we will refund the product price and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Additional delivery costs chosen by you, such as an express upgrade, are not refundable unless the order was faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

We will issue the refund within 14 days after we receive the returned product or, if earlier, after you provide evidence that it has been sent back. We may withhold the refund until we receive the product or evidence that it has been returned, whichever occurs first. If no product was supplied, we will refund you within 14 days after you tell us that you are cancelling.
