Made-to-order processing

Printonary products are made to order in the UK. Production time is separate from the delivery time shown at checkout.

DIY Kit: dispatched within 5 working days after the order is confirmed.
Fully Finished & Painted: dispatched within 10 working days after the order is confirmed.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders containing both finish options will normally be dispatched together within 10 working days. Any different production time stated on an individual product page or agreed for a custom order will apply to that item.

If an exceptional delay affects your order, we will contact you using the details supplied at checkout.

Delivery options and charges

Delivery time begins after production is complete and the order has been dispatched.

Standard delivery after production: £2.99 for orders under £50, normally 3 to 5 working days after dispatch.
Free Standard delivery after production: available for orders of £50 or more, normally 3 to 5 working days after dispatch.
Express delivery after production: £6.99, normally 1 to 2 working days after dispatch.

Express delivery shortens the carrier delivery stage only. It does not shorten the made-to-order production time. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless the service at checkout expressly states otherwise.

Delivery areas

We currently deliver only to destinations made available at checkout. We do not currently offer international delivery.

Delivery addresses

Please check your delivery address before placing an order. Contact us promptly if you notice an error.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after production or dispatch has begun. Additional delivery costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer where appropriate.

Delivery problems

If tracking shows a problem, your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after the delivery estimate, or the parcel arrives damaged, email contact@printonary.com with your order number.
